Commercial restoration in Northwest PA

Every hour closed is revenue you don't get back. We scope around staying open, and we work overnight when that's what it takes.

THE SITUATION

The damage is rarely the biggest cost

For a business, the repair bill is usually smaller than the interruption. Days closed, staff sent home, tenants relocated, product written off, a lease clause you now have to answer for. That's what the scope has to be built around — not just the drywall.

So we phase the work. Contain and isolate the affected area, get the rest of the building back in service, run drying overnight where noise and access are a problem, and sequence the rebuild around your operating hours instead of ours.

Business interruption claims

If your policy carries business interruption coverage, the documentation of when the loss happened, what was affected, and how long mitigation took is what supports it. We document accordingly from hour one.

BEFORE YOU NEED US

Set up a no-cost response plan

The difference between a two-day interruption and a two-week one is usually how long it takes to find the shut-off, reach a decision-maker, and get someone on site. We'll walk your building once, for free, and put that on paper.

Building walk-through with shut-off, panel, and riser locations mapped
Named after-hours contacts on both sides, so nobody is chasing a voicemail
Pre-agreed rates and a signed work authorisation ready to go

Commercial questions

Can we stay open during the work?

Usually in part. Hard containment and negative air let us isolate the affected area while the rest of the space operates, and noisy or disruptive phases get scheduled overnight. We'll tell you honestly which areas genuinely have to close and for how long.

Do you carry the insurance our landlord requires?

Yes. General liability, workers' compensation, and auto, with a certificate of insurance issued to your entity and any additional insured named before we mobilise. Send us the requirements and we'll match them.

Who signs, and who gets billed?

Whoever has authority — owner, property manager, or tenant depending on the lease. We bill the carrier directly on an insured loss and can invoice the responsible party for anything outside coverage. We'll sort the paperwork out while the crew is already working.

How big a loss can you handle?

Multi-crew mobilisation for large commercial losses, with additional equipment brought in as the scope demands. If a loss genuinely exceeds what we should take on alone, we'll say so on day one rather than three weeks in.

What about tenants and residents?

We can handle unit-by-unit notices, access scheduling, and on-site questions so your office isn't fielding calls all week. For occupied healthcare and senior living we work in place with infection-control protocols.
